I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Hope. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in picking out a beautiful gift for my daughter. Hope took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions that turned out to be perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made the experience special. Sarah at Jared’s helped me every step of the way to pick out the perfect engagement ring. Not only did she take the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, she went above and beyond to make sure I received my ring in time! When I was finally ready to make a move, I was limited on time for my plans. She understood and personally made sure my ring was put together, picked up and delivered to the store in time. I don’t think anyone else would have gone to that effort for a procrastinator like me haha! She really went to bat for me and made it happen. Thanks so much Sarah! Jared’s was the right choice hands down.

Dawn was extremely helpful. I had a ring I inherited, and we needed to get resized. They were absolutely fantastic. And I will be picking up the ring in five days. We're also having our wedding rings clean that we have purchased here. She was helpful updating our warranty items.. it's a fantastic service.

I’ve purchased over a dozen watches from Jared’s at Chapel Hill in Cuyahoga Falls and each and every time my experience has been a first rate in customer service. The service staff on the floor has always been cordial, accommodating, and more than willing to perform on-line searches for inventory when product isn’t immediately available. What’s immediately apparent is the professional atmosphere Dawn (Facility Manager) brings to each personal engagement- be it with a staff member or with a customer. Her diligence for follow up calls on special orders is second to none. She is such a positive presence in everything she does - she is truly an outstanding brand ambassador for Jared’s.
